What stage is Hairdue at?
Private beta. It has been running the full day — book, tickets, payments, daily sheet — in one working salon since July 2026. It is real software doing real money, and it is also still young.
Who is it for?
Small salons with a front desk, and independent stylists who are their own front desk. If you have twenty chairs and a payroll department, we’re probably not your fit yet.
What does it cost?
Nothing during the beta, and no card to get in. Pricing will exist eventually; beta salons will hear the number before anyone else and won’t be billed retroactively.TODO(donald)
Is my salon’s data safe?
Each salon’s records are isolated and access is enforced per account, not per screen. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, backed up daily, and yours to export whenever you ask.
When would I get access?
Seats open a few salons at a time so setup gets real attention. Expect an email rather than a queue position — we’ll tell you honestly if it’s weeks rather than days.TODO(donald)
Can I move over from my current system?
Clients, the service menu, and retail products import from a spreadsheet export — we do that part with you. Appointment history stays where it is; you start the book fresh on a chosen date.
